María holds a law degree from Madrid’s Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC), with an Extraordinary End-of-Course Award. After this, she studied an Official Master’s In Urban Planning and Environment Law, also at URJC.
She joined the Public Law Department of the Jiménez de Parga Law Firm (Madrid) in 2008, where her activity focused on regulated areas such as urban planning, the environment, water, public contracting and taxation, among other areas.
She joined GC LEGAL in 2017, where she continues her professional activity advising individuals and national and international corporations, professional associations and public authorities. She works on consultancy and litigation matters in civil and procedural law, as well as primarily in public law.
In addition to practising law, María has been a professor-tutor for the online course run by the National Public Administration Institute (INAP) entitled “Urban Subsoil and Exceptional Use” from 2011 to 2014. And since 2014 she has been a professor for the University Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, run by the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), where she still teaches today.
María is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
