Tomás graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Pontificia Comillas University-ICADE (E-3), where he also completed a Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, specialising in Corporate Law. He also studied for six months at the University of Cologne (Germany) under the Erasmus program.

He has been a lawyer at Uría Menéndez where he has advised major financial institutions as well as companies in the pharmaceutical industry.

Tomás previously completed two internships as a trainee lawyer at Garrigues, where he worked in the litigation and arbitration department, and at Cuatrecasas, where he carried out activities in the corporate law area.

Tomás also formed part of the management team of the ELSA Madrid ICADE -European Law Students’ Association- and periodically publishes legal articles as a permanent contributor to the “Derecho & Perspectiva” (“Law and Perspective”) journal.

Tomás is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
