Marta began her professional career in September 2006 at PwC Tax & Legal, Madrid. She joined the Corporate Law Team of the firm providing legal advice to large national and international companies and groups, from different sectors, during almost 13 years. She developed the role of Senior Manager since 2014.

Her main areas of expertise were the legal general advice in Corporate Law and Commercial Agreements, the design and execution of all type of companies´ re-organizations and due diligence projects.

Marta acquired commercial abilities on the identification and gathering of clients, as well as on the management of teams and “couch” role performance.

From a teaching perspective, she provided training and courses to clients, lawyers and auditors on corporate topics and re-organization of companies, having been a member of the counselling tribunal for the Masters’ in Legal and Tax Advice at the IE Business School for PwC Tax & Legal.

Marta joined GC Legal in May 2020.

She is a member of the illustrious Bar Association in Madrid.
