Professional Activity

Paula graduated in Law from Madrid’s Complutense University and the Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris, having studied a double degree in both countries.

She studied a Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Madrid’s Autonomous University, specialising in Corporate Law.

She began her professional career in Paris with an internship in a French firm where she worked in the commercial area, particularly in the Spain and Latin America sector.

Upon returning to Spain she completed an internship at the Criminal Law department of the DIKEI Abogados law firm.

She was a lawyer at the Marcos García Montes criminal law firm, where she participated in numerous macro-cases at the National High Court, during which she became focused on her area of specialisation in Economic Criminal Law. She also specialises in honour, privacy and self-image law.

She is currently part of GC Legal’s criminal department.

Paula is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
